It is funny how things appear different when viewed from a distance, objects like cars and houses seem small and insignificant when viewed from a large enough distance. Recently I have found that the same is true with relationships, the greater the distance between u and people that u think are your friends the less important your friendship becomes to them.

Maybe I am old fashioned but I don’t believe that friendship should be something that is limited to temporal locality, that is to say if someone is your friend they remain your friend until something happens that ends the friendship like say they die or have a wedding and don’t invite you!
